This Privacy Policy explains how Moked Emun Savyon (1981) Ltd., including companies under its control and/or companies under common control with it (hereinafter: the “Group”), collects, stores, uses, and processes information provided by users of the website at https://www.emun.co.il/ (hereinafter: the “Website”). This policy is intended to ensure fair and transparent use of your personal information while safeguarding your rights under applicable law.
Use of the Website constitutes your explicit and unconditional consent to all provisions of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using the Website and from providing any information to the Group.
Notice from the Information Provider
The information you provide while using the Website, including personal identification details and other information, is provided voluntarily and with your consent, and you are under no legal obligation to provide it.
If you choose not to provide your details while using the Website, you may not be able to use the services offered by the Group and/or the Website, and you may also be unable to purchase products sold by the Group.

The Group allows Website users to request information and consultation regarding the services provided by the Group and the products sold by it (hereinafter: the “Services”) through correspondence with a service representative and through an electronic contact form on the Website (hereinafter: the “Website Contact Methods”).
As part of the Website Contact Methods, you may be required to provide identifying details, including, among other things:

- Residential address
- Contact details (email address, telephone number, etc.) • Information relating to the services requested by you

- Developing and improving the Website and the Group’s services; • Customizing advertisements and commercial/marketing information;

Such information will only be sent if you have given explicit consent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time pursuant to Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 1982;

Without derogating from the above, the Group reserves the right to transfer your personal information if it believes in good faith that such action is necessary for one of the following purposes:
- Compliance with legal proceedings, including civil or criminal orders, court orders, or other mandatory disclosure requirements;
- Enforcement of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, or any agreement between you and the Group;
- Responding to claims regarding infringement of third-party rights;
- Due diligence procedures in connection with an investment, acquisition, or public offering involving the Group or any part thereof, subject to confidentiality obligations;
- Protecting the rights, property, or personal safety of the Group, its users, or the public.
Data Retention Period
The Group will retain your personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or for the period required by law, whichever is later. After that period, the Group will delete, destroy, or anonymize your personal information unless there is a legal basis for continued retention.
Deletion of information does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the deletion.
User Rights – Access, Correction, and Deletion
The Privacy Protection Law grants every person the right to review information held about them in a database. You are entitled to receive details regarding the information you provided and that is stored in the Group’s databases.
If you find that the information is incorrect, incomplete, unclear, outdated, or if you do not wish for your details to remain in the database, you may request that the database owner correct or delete the information, free of charge, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law.
Requests relating to this Privacy Policy, including requests for access, correction, or deletion, may be sent in writing to moked@emun.co.il. The Group will make reasonable efforts to comply with your request within a reasonable period not exceeding 30 days from receipt of the written request.
Electronic Direct Marketing and Marketing Communications
Subject to applicable law, the Group may send you information regarding its services, as well as marketing and advertising content, through any means of communication, including email and SMS messages (hereinafter: “Direct Marketing”).
When submitting your details through the Website, you may be asked to consent to receiving Direct Marketing. Your consent authorizes the Group to send you such information from time to time.
You may request removal from Direct Marketing communications at any time by sending a written request to moked@emun.co.il. Your name will be removed from the mailing list within a reasonable time after receipt of your request.
A request to stop receiving Direct Marketing does not automatically constitute a request to access, correct, or delete your information from the Group’s databases. Such requests must be submitted separately as described above.
Databases and Privacy Protection
Your information will be stored in the Group’s databases in accordance with applicable law.
You acknowledge that the Group may hold, manage, and use the information contained in its databases for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. You hereby waive any claim against the Group regarding such use, provided that the information is used within the scope of the Group’s activities and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
